I'm so grateful to have this convenient option when sick! Being able to reserve online was incredibly helpful. Everyone in the office was super friendly and kind. The only change I would suggest is that it would have been nice to receive a visit summary so I could see the medications I received all in one place.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Dr. Azimi at this urgent care. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and he made sure I understood my treatment options. The entire visit was smooth and comfortable. I really appreciate the care and attention I received and would definitely recommend Dr. Azimi to anyone looking for a great doctor.
Cannot currently recommend this practice to anyone. My wife was having severe pain and mobility issues in her arms and we made a primary care appointment here to get a specialist referral, since Trinity and Michigan are both booked out for months (I now see the reason why). There seemingly are no doctors at the clinic but the PA was nice enough. The problem is with staff and how they coordinate care—kind of essential if you’re acting as a primary care provider. I was very glad they were down the street from my work. The waiting room was very nice looking and clean and comfortable and all the staff/Providers were professional yet friendly and called in my prescription right away. I hope I won’t need their services often lol but if I do I would feel comfortable going there. (PS the online appointment scheduling system was really easy and I had accidentally scheduled at the wrong location and I called them and they were able to transfer my appointment location easily)
The front office staff was very nice and professional. Extremely helpful. The Doctor on the other hand, refused to give me a second opinion regarding a DOT physical from another provider, stating she didn't want to go against another colleagues decision. Which was a total joke. I have the LEGAL right to get the second opinion and the FMSCA says so. Yet she was scared and wouldn't even do the exam.
