Jesse was a very reasonable and honest electrician. He offered suggestions and recommendations that saved me money as well as accommodated me when I made changes. His team was polite and diligent with their work. Will definitely be using them in the future for any of my projects.
Very professional and extremely pleasant to work with. They were very quick to answer any of my questions and never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question. The quality of the work done was remarkable. I had a new Nema 14-50 outlet installed for my Tesla Model 3, and the installation was so well done that it looks like it was always part of my house. I called M&I first thing in the morning yesterday with an Electrical issue. I had never used them before but went by their high rating in Google search. I was reached back rather quickly that they were in my area and could be there that day. When I explained I had to be at a funeral later that morning, they sent 2 wonderful guys to my house who helped solve the problem, and were in and out in time for me to be on my way. Reasonably priced for my emergency on a very hot day and 1/2 with no source of air conditioning.
