Very disappointing service. We provided a prepared matrix and egress plan for one of our projects and paid the invoice as agreed. However, we have been waiting for over a month to receive the paid invoice/receipt. I have called Shruti several times, but there has been no response. This lack of communication and follow-up is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
