Took my computer there q6600 (quad OC to 3.2 ghz) because it was overheating. Gave me 100% wrong diagnosis saying "I expect this computer processor to run just how it is - 85 degrees C (execept he gave temp in Farenheit which is just weird for computer business)". I told them several times that there is something wrong with how the fan was attached and I know for a fact the processor should be running cool and fine at that speed -as stated by several of my software engineer friends as well as entire computer community. Friendly and helpful people. Repairs made right and quickly. Best of all the free diagnosis and extremely reasonable fee for work that needed to be done. My computer was dead and they brought it back to life- and saved my files too! Highly recommend them!
