I've been going there every single year for my taxes but this last time was awful to say the least. My reimbursement was taking for ever to arrive and was showing errors online so I decided to go there and ask. The same guy who filed the paperwork told me it was an error due to my past unemployment situation (haven't been on unemployment, ever). Told me it got fixed and the money should be deposited in my bank account shortly.....and it did in a few days.....for 234 dollars less!!! Went again to talk to him and told me that ... read more

I’ve done my taxes here 8 out of the last 10 years I filed. It was once a great place to file but I’ve noticed the lack of professionalism and transparency over the years. I don’t believe I will be returning. I’m back weeks later to extend my review: I told the filer that I had business to file seperate and come to find out the my personal and business was never filed separately. Now I know I won’t be returning.
I love this place! Everyone is so nice and helpful. Very professional and extremely organized. This place is super clean and sanitized. Very fast and efficient! I totally recommend it. Will definitely come back! Thank you☺️
