Great place to stay. Dune access is just right around the corner. Sleeps a lot of friends or family. Very clean. Owners were great to work with. Quick responses. Wow what a peaceful Beautiful view from the hot tub!!
We've been staying at Mi Casa for almost 20 years, at least 3 times a year! On the rare occasion that an issue arose, Steve was on it and it was fixed. Everything is clean and comfortable every time. It's nice to be able run a short way down the road and get onto the dunes. We always have 10 people and it could accommodate a few more comfortably. You won't be disappointed with this rental.
Beautiful view from the wrap around porch and hot tub, large house and lots of area to accommodate all our family short jaunt to the dunes from the house (which is great no need to load up and leave for the day). Owner was great to deal with as he was quick with responses to our inquiries through out our stay. House was clean & tidy.
There is no dune access!! That is falsely advertised. You need to ride 10 minutes on the road and gravel to get to the dunes. It is extremely difficult to get any communication from the owner. Multiple messages sent with no replies. But he has no problem watching all the cameras around the house while you are there. Place is kind of run down and some stuff fell apart while there. But we were lucky enough to have our full deposit returned. I brought my 26 foot enclosed trailer. You will need to back it up the steep driveway w... read more
