I LOVE EVERYONE HERE. FROM DAVE THE BROKER, TO FRANCISCO TO MS. LAURA. THIS IS THE 1ST PLACE I ALWAYS COME WHEN I HAVE A RENTER LOOKING. THE HOUSES ARE NICE AND AFFORDABLE. THEY ARE WILLING TO WORK WITH THOSE WHO EVEN NEED A SECOND CHANCE. THANKS, MI CASA US CASA PROPERTIES. YOU ALL HAVE TRULY BECOME LIKE FAMILY TO ME.

Overall bad experience, from refusing to fix issues with property, to making false claims of money owed. Was stuck living without hot water/ac/even electricity due to condition of the house they rented me. Had to have fire department called to shut off electricity bacause of illegal rigging in breaker boxes preformed by this companies electricians and it almost causing a house fire. I will never rent nor recommend anyone to this company.
We have been renting from this rental company since last November, and it's been a great experience! Edit to add* Our AC broke, due to the huge Texas winter storm. They have been so helpful and responsive. I'd recommend this rental company to anyone.
