I would stay away from them as they don’t do as promised. They took over a month to deliver my home and then took forever to get the HVAC installed. Their subs are horrible and worse than the Mi Casa staff. They didn’t know the permit process even though they said they knew it. I had to waste time and money getting the permit for delivery.
Mi Casa homes is not worth the time to do Business with. Be forewarned that any check from MI Casa Homes will most likely Bounce. Their way of doing business is to write a bad check and take your property before the check is returned for lack of funds. Then the real MI casa comes out and then the predatory scams and harassment starts. They will not honor the price agreed and will force you into a position to take a lower payment than agreed.
