Had a very disappointing service. One of her cleaners came over the day before my wedding to clean the house as it there would be guests inside. The cleaner spent five hours as we were running around getting ready for the wedding. After she left, I took a moment to relax and actually looked around and realized there was dust everywhere, garbage left, and clothes, toys thrown about, you wouldn’t know a cleaner was here except the floors and washrooms. I called Mi Casa Cleaning through an ad I had received. Their rates seemed very reasonable so I gave them a shot. I was out of province for the clean and there was a mix up about what area of the house to do. Donna immediately took action and got the issue resolved for us.
