I feel so much better after my massage with Kirsten! More relaxed certainly, but the work she did was also able to effectively relieve the vast majority of the pain I was experiencing in my trouble area. Even the next day, I'm feeling great!
Kirsten is such a warm, welcoming, and caring presence. I hadn't got many massages before seeing her. She's so respectful and always listens. She made me feel safe and at ease so I could just relax and enjoy. It's been such a good complement to my fitness practices and PT. I always feel better after our time together. Love the hot bamboo!
