Becareful with their rates. After just 3 months they increased my rate 40%. It went from $73 a month to $102 without the insurance. I should have followed my gut when I asked what they increased to and couldn't tell me. Other than that no issues so far with the unit.
Well kept property, customer service was excellent each time I had to call either with questions or pay bill over phone!!
