We rented a Mi-box for four months during our home renovation. Faith, in the front office, was extremely friendly and helpful. When Debbie delivered the box, it was amazing how perfectly she placed it on our slanted driveway. When we called for the pick up, they scheduled it quickly and had it removed in minutes. We will definitely use Mi-Box again in the future for any storage or moving needs.

This is truly the BEST company to work with! We have had to utilize a storage container for several home projects over the last few years, and I have been impressed every time. Brian, Faith, Richie, and Kyle have all been helpful and accommodating. Mi-Box shows up on time, coordinates the placement requests, and picks-up when scheduled. Their pricing is fair, and I am just always so impressed!
We used MI-BOX to store items for several months, and it was a fantastic experience, start to finish! Faith is such a kind, courteous communicator, and every delivery and pickup driver we encountered was also very friendly and professional. Box pick-up and drop-off were always on time, and they went above and beyond to work around the packed parking on our street. We would absolutely use MI-BOX again and highly recommend them!
The process of renting the box from the first call with Faith, to the final pick up, was so seamless and such a good experience. I love that this is a local group of dedicated people and not some call center that isn’t located in San Diego. I could not recommend MiBox enough. Thank you so much!
