MI-BOX provided outstanding service, perfectly meeting our downsizing needs with affordable, waterproof, and secure storage units. Faith Cardwell, an Operations and Sales Associate, was sweet, helpful, and made the onsite storage process seamless. Co-owners Richard Robison and Kyle Taylor lead a team of courteous drivers and dedicated storage specialists. After extensive research on size and price, MI-BOX is by far the best option for portable storage. Highly recommend without question!
The Mi-box Storage system worked out great for us. They quickly responded to us and they were able to bring the storage device to us the same day we called Mi-box. I recommend Mi-Box 100%. They are awesome, thank you for your service.
We’ve moved several times, and using MI-BOX was hands down the best moving experience we’ve had. They delivered the storage box directly to our parking spot, which made loading super easy. We stored it for a month while we were away for the summer and finalizing our new lease, and when we were ready, they brought it right to our new doorstep. Great experience for storing personal items at my home while building a room. Pricing was better than any other storage company for my purposes. They went over all the pricing, they explained there was weekly and monthly pricing (monthly is better). The arrived with a 24 hour notice (not on the weekends). The placement of the container was quick and fun to watch. I called to let them know the container was ready for pick up and they came the next morning. Would use again.
My husband was totally impressed with the driver who delivered our storage unit. Our driveway is a little tricky and he said he was very professional and quick. Overall an excellent experience.
