The process of renting the box from the first call with Faith, to the final pick up, was so seamless and such a good experience. I love that this is a local group of dedicated people and not some call center that isn’t located in San Diego. I could not recommend MiBox enough. Thank you so much!
Mi Box, Faith, Brian and Kelvin were ourtstanding. Faith found the exact storage container for my needs. The costs was more than reasonable and payment methods were easy. It was delivered expeditiously then picked up without any issue. The container was "like new" and very clean. They were great at recommending other related services as well
I had the pleasure of working with Faith, Brian, and Debby last month. I had about 4 pod loads of stuff and then some to move my family from Escondido to Oceanside. They were very professional and knew how to get the task done despite tight constraints with time as well as space and HOA's. They worked with me the whole step of the way usually just needing a day's notice to relocate the pods as needed, and did it in a way that worked with my schedule and maximized their efficiency. I would highly recommend them every time.
The best team ever! Brian, Debbie, and Faith are pretty incredible to work with. They made our move so smooth! We had a total of 3 pods and a crazy schedule. Mibox was on time for every delivery. The boxes sat for more than 4 weeks in 2 rain storms, they were moved 3 times….not one scratch, nothing broken, no rain or critters. Prices were better than anyone else, stop looking and text these guys now!
We are beyond happy with MI-BOX! I had actually booked with packrat and got an ad on IG for MI-box with better pricing, filled out the form and got a call from the team within 2 minutes. We got set up and have had no issues with communication or logistics! Their drivers and office team are awesome, shout out to Brian and Debbie for being amazing! Couldn't have had a better partner to do our big move with.
