The people here are pleasant and the results are beautiful but I have to question if the shampoo they use has relaxer in it. Never have I had my hair come out like this before and when I mentioned it at my last appointment there was no response. I won’t be returning. Someone else said they experienced significant shedding after getting their hair done here and I wanna know if anyone else has the same issue. Very professional Nice and clean greeted me well and my hair was so nice I like that she recommended different hair treatments when u asked because I had some breakage but she showed me my hair before she cut it and ask me if it was okay I will be back again in 2 weeks happy I found a place that’s specializes in natural hair
This is my second time here and my god I love it here! My silk press lasted 2. Weeks and could have went longer if I wanted to wait! Rodi (I hope I am spelling her name right if not, would love to know the spelling of it) did my hair both times and she is amazing. Every one there is amazing, kind and welcoming! The way they go above the service you pay for is everything to me. You guys have me as a returning client forever ❤️
Unprofessional today. I call myself getting there early. It was one lady waiting for a silk press and the owner/ stylist was getting her hair done. No one greeted me or said I’ll be right with you. The young lady and I had both agreed that they are nice ladies but today’s behavior was unacceptable for two paying customers to watch you(stylist/owner)get your hair. We both left. And they watched us leave with no response.
Shout out to them! Seriously! I haven’t had a silk press since I was 14 and I’m 22 now. I have been wearing my natural curly hair for years and decided to try something new I’m glad I came here it’s 2 minutes away from my house. I walked in and didn’t have to wait. The ladies were extremely kind. I got a moisture treatment as well as the whole works that comes with getting a silk press. I definitely rate this 10000/10. I will be back soon!
