As a Southern California native, I'm often disappointed by the Mexican food in Minnesota. I had a lamb barbacoa burrito here and it was fantastic! One of the best I've had since I moved here. The barbacoa was moist, tender, and beautifully seasoned, and the other ingredients were perfectly proportioned and distributed. Every bite was delicious! I can't wait to try more items from the menu!
