I just called MHZ about purchasing a service monitor that they are currently advertising. My call was answered by a VERY rude woman that made it clear MHZ is not a company with helpful employees. Perhaps it is not fair to judge an entire company by the only employee I have had contact with, but they could have returned calls if they wanted my business.
