Refuse to address obvious poor quality finish on my DUB wheels. They said it is normal. Normal to be smooth in some places and sandpaper in others? Normal to have too thin a coat of black paint, so much so that you can actually just see the alloy peaking through underneath? Really? Well, then your definition of quality is my definition of garbage. Customer service is non existant and quality of their product is sub par.
