Recently purchased a used mobile home from MHT. George was very prompt and professional with the sales process and contract. I did not purchase any warranty with this unit but had a problem with the air conditioning unit shortly after set up. George quickly sent a tech out to check and was unable to repair because of obsolete parts. MHT Homes decided to install a brand new unit at zero expense to me. Definitely went above and beyond to get me take care of. I HIGHLY recommend MHT Homes
