had 4 different letting agencies I have rented with in Leeds, MHS was by far the best, matti was an amazing tour guide. All maintenance requests were dealt with promptly, were decent about reasonable wear and tear. Solved deposit dispute with housemates promptly and fairly, couldn't recommend more, lovely people :)
Can not recommend this letting agent enough. The house I rented was immaculate when I moved in and the agency were so quick to respond/fix any issues I reported. Any team member I spoke to was warm and always happy to help. Mark, in particular, went above and beyond to make the experience exceptional. Genuinely the best agency I have ever encountered when renting.
