Wonderful team of doctors and nurses - reception staff is incompetent and belittling. I’ve been trying to get a simple one pill prescription filled for three days. They told me I needed to call my pharmacy - pharmacy told me they needed to send refill request. Second day I called the Dr office back to see if it was filled, she tried but failed. Said she would hand it off to a nurse. Called back the third day and the receptionist proceeded to tell me I needed an appointment and that the pill had never been prescribed to me. W... read more
