I only gave one star because there was no option to give 0 stars. I have bought and sold many homes and have to say that this has been hands down the absolute WORST experience of my life. We were promised the home at the end of March........it is now the end of June. These people had NO idea what permits were required or what sq footage we were allowed as a 2nd house.
