THANK YOU, MHS & KIRSTY. My journey with MHS and Kirsty began 12months ago. It has been life changing for me. I was referred by my doctor due to health issues. I am 21kgs down. No more fatty liver, reflux is basically non-existent, aches and pains are gone. Kirsty is so encouraging and full of knowledge. The "diet" has now become my way of life. Best thing I have done for myself in a long time. I feel like I am now living and not just existing. You have nothing to lose, but weight by seeing MHS.

After trying and failing to lose weight myself, even following very strict diets, my husband found MHS and suggested I see them. Right from the start Kirsty was fantastic at explaining the process, and helping us to interpret the test results. In the 18 months since I first went to MHS I have lost 20kg and feel so much better. Working with Kirsty at MHS has genuinely been life changing. I originally went to my first appointment in January as I wanted to lose weight. Two months on, my eyes have been opened to the importance nutrition plays in so many other aspects of life.
