My life changed the moment I had my first appointment at MHS, I do not believe in diets and never did one during my life, and this is why I love this program; because it opened my eyes to a totally new life style. Kirsty shows you the benefits of healthy decisions in all aspects of your life. During my first year on the program I have lost 17Kg but more important has help me and my family to become more aware of what we are eating.
