I’ve had multiple encounters with Joe (owner) from MHR services. He was contracted to my home through my home warranty company. If you look at MHR services’ reviews, you will find that all of his negative reviews come from warranty customers. He doesn’t seem to like to do warranty work very much. Called to try and get an explanation on a service done on a rental unit, person was very rude and hung up on me.
Called at 8:30am for a broken A/C. Back up and running by 10:00am! They didn’t try to jam me with any extras and the price was reasonable. Fast and friendly, couldn’t be more pleased.
