Tina in the office is always willing to help in any way she can if possible. I've been here almost 10 years now and I have no complaints. Love it here.

They promise buyers that the titles will be ready within 90 days, but the titles never arrive. Without the title, you cannot transfer or sell the home, leaving buyers trapped. Now don’t get me wrong it’s a good quiet place to live but if you don’t like cats, bees or roaches even spiders, it’s not the place to live but the pricing wise it may be OK can’t complain, but they need some works and some maintenance and some pest control But it’s OK place to live
Have lived here for 8 years. I've seen many changes. The owners are cleaning up the homes and the parks. Excited to see the change.
