When you meet doctor elrod you can tell that she cares about her patients. I feel like she will do everything in her power to find out what’s wrong with me
I will personally say the biggest reason why I hate it here is because I remember when Dr. Spinos or however u say it told me one day he’ll help me get rid of my seizures and we’ll never have the problem again but after he passed his wife took over I asked her the same question and she said no and I told her her husband told me I would and she told me he lied and that’s crazy maybe she was just going through it because this was very close to after his passing but I don’t like it here I’d rather go to Indianapolis
The ONLY reason they are receiving 2 stars is because Dr. Rao seems to take my health seriously and listens. The support staff is completely incompetent though. I am scheduled for an MRI tomorrow that the imaging center STILL has not received orders for. SURPRISE, the phones are down at this office. Just goes to a busy signal when you attempt to call. Dr. Rao ordered this testing over a month ago. I have Tricare which requires a little extra attention with prior authorizations. After it was denied THREE times, I am the one w... read more
If i could give a 0 i would. The most rudest people ever to speak with. If you call and ask to speak with someone In regards to appointments or anything with your situation they either dont answer and you can leave messages and no one will get back with u. You have to go through other offices just to get to them and when they finally call you back , they are rude because you had to call elsewhere to get a hold of them. This place is trash. Never have the same doctor..Never get your medicine on time. Important medicine... But hey it's not the smart asses who answer the phone that have to sit and pain . How about do your job
