I have never experience such amazing customer service. The entire staff is so kind and compassionate. I never dread calling like I have at any other pharmacy. The other pharmacies treat you like an inconvenience and a problem. The staff at medworks go above and beyond to help you and to answer your questions. Thank you medworks of shelbyville! You have finally taken the anxiety and dread out of dealing with my medications and you do it all with genuine kindness and concern! Thank you all so much.
