My husband had chest pain over the weekend and we went to the hospital they said everything was fine and now he is coughing blood (almost a week after ) we call to seek medical advice and they can’t give medical advice over the phone because he is not infront of them, having all the result they haven’t gave us, seems that they care more about the money than their patients. If I could give this Emergency Department 0 stars I would. Took my husband here and they missed a pulmonary embolism, told us he had pneumonia, and sent us home. Thank God we left there and went straight to Methodist where they caught it and saved him. I will never take anyone I love here again.

I went to this ER complaining of chest pain. They Never ONCE touched a stethoscope to my chest. Only to her L side of my neck. Also, the neck “pain” that radiated back around into lower head I was complaining of was not just a pain like a headache, it was related to the chest pain I was having. We explained that and then they tried to give me the Tylenol for that which I declined. They blatantly ignored the fact that IT WAS NOT A TYPE OF NERVE PAIN I WAS EXPERIENCING IN THE NECK AND LOWER HEAD. That amount of incompetence is... read more
