WARNING: Avoid this hospital at all costs. I was left in extreme pain after surgery, with a JP drain staff refused to remove when I came back to emergency room on weekend, even with tissue damage, increased pain, and sutures absorbed into skin. Although nurses at ER were kind gave me more gauze and tape, I was still refused care. My husband had chest pain over the weekend and we went to the hospital they said everything was fine and now he is coughing blood (almost a week after ) we call to seek medical advice and they can’t give medical advice over the phone because he is not infront of them, having all the result they haven’t gave us, seems that they care more about the money than their patients. If I could give this Emergency Department 0 stars I would. Took my husband here and they missed a pulmonary embolism, told us he had pneumonia, and sent us home. Thank God we left there and went straight to Methodist where they caught it and saved him. I will never take anyone I love here again.
