Jennifer Shau been very kind. We don't speak the same language, and sometimes it's complicated, but she makes it understandable. What she's done for my family's health is incredible. I will always recommend her as the best I've ever seen. She's also funny and sometimes makes you forget your pain. My mother's health improved a lot thanks to her!
Tai listens & answers all questions with genuine care. If there's something she doesn't know, she will search for answers.
100% not recommended. Just look for another provider if possible, they are not patient-care centered, they reschedule my appointment 30minutes prior without thinking the effort and preparing of coming early in the morning and giving priority that day for consultation and waiting for so long about 1-2mos schedule. They don’t offer every single solution to get another provider on their behalf instead they reschedule my appt another 1.5month. Healthcare in this facility is very poor.
