Ms. Ramirez that handles the ordering of medications at the western hills location NEVER answers her phone or emails regarding medications even in an emergency. What was the point of her giving me her business card? The call center does not send your medication refill requests over as requested over the phone. Case management is unreliable, and inconsistent.
