MHMR Western Hills is a great clinic if you are needing help. I have put these people through hell. Yet they still went above and beyond what should be expected of them to help me.
I love them that place everybody's there is friendly I never have to wait too long to be seen and they're very gentle when they give me my injections from a medicine
I love the staff at the MHMR Western Hill Clinic my Doctor, Therapist, Peer Counselor, MA, Front Desk staff and Case Managers, Benefits they are so amazing I thank them all for the passion, support and help. Thank you MHMR WHC staff you guys ROCK!!!
Dr. Kanani was excellent. She treated me like a person instead of a dysfunctional brain. Added later: I decided not to return to MHMR because it was merely repeating a pattern of taking medications that don't work for me. They are very persistent. Even though I sent a return- receipt-requested letter which they had to sign for, severing all ties with them, they continue to call and pressure me to make another appointment. It is annoying and infantilizing.
You get what you pay for!!!! I give 3 stars for the staff that is doing their best to do a good job without a system that can not and do not truly support them.
