Bill was great to work with -- responsive to quote, to contract, to begin and to finish. Communicative. The work itself was skillfully done - we started with finishing a beaten up basement floor, getting it sealed. We did experience a hiccup when I came home to dust on everything, but Bill made it right without making me cry, scream or swear.
