I hired M.H.I. to build a garage and paid Mike $45k to get started, which was a mistake. He showed up to do work occasionally. After doing a minimal amount of work he asked for another $12k for materials that were to be installed. I made the mistake of paying him, again. Mike Walker, M.H.I, did an excellent job repairing my front door. The attached pictures shows after and before repairs. My home was built and purchased 4 years ago from David Weekley Homes. The builder failed to perform basic workmanship to prevent rapid deterioration such as sealing and caulking the door appropriately. Mike even found mold in the door. I highly recommend Mike and MHI My Home Improvement if you want experience, integrity, honesty, professionalism, and fair pricing! See the before and after pictures!!! I had water damage from the kitchen sink to the cabinet underneath and also needed to replace the faucet. I did a search and communicated with a few companies, sent pictures, and a few came onsite for quotes. I requested an estimate and he arrived quickly to provide the estimate. He arrived on time and completed the job quickly. The work/staging area was cleaned after the job was completed.
