We used Berry Hill Beauty for our wedding and loved our experience with them. We could pick which services we wanted and it was very customizable. The stylists and artists did great work and everyone loved the hair and makeup they got done! I did a bridal hair and makeup trial and the artist who did my makeup was unable to make it to the wedding due to an injury, but Berry Hill sent another very talented artist in place who did a fantastic job and worked well off of the notes from the original artist. Had an extension move up with Anna. Although It was my hair I had prior to coming to the salon, she didn’t raise any concerns with using the hair. Not even 2 weeks later I am going to a new specialist due to multiple wefts hanging off, and exposed beads which is not normal with the IBE method. I reached out to express my dissatisfaction since this is a $200+ service, to which I got no reply.
