I've come here many times for bloodwork and have always had a good experience. Unfortunately, my recent Quick Care visit was very disappointing. Brian Stephenson came across as dismissive and condescending. Instead of listening to my concerns, it felt like he was talking down to me. With another provider shadowing him, the visit felt more focused on projecting authority than actually hearing what I had to say. I left feeling unheard, frustrated, and like the visit was a waste of time and money.
My husband took me to the quick trailer due to I had broken wrist The receptionist there was very rude cold-hearted and acted like we were bothering her. I finally got to see the doctor who ordered me x-rays and once they were done I was told to sit down and wait for the doctor to redactress. I went in yesterday because I have a sinus infection, was seen by Brian Stephenson. He was very rude to me, immediately mocking my loss of voice from all the coughing. He then checked my lungs, told me I'm fine, I informed him I have asthma to which he told me I did not (I'm diagnosed?? What the heck??) Then told me all I have is voice loss, then sent me a prescription for promethazine cough medicine, which I can't have, which he should know if he bothered to read my chart because it clearly says I cannot have antihistamines... read more
