This is some constructive feedback I thought I'd share I called to get an appointment scheduled for therapeutic services, I initially spoke to Crystal and I want to stress that she wasn't rude however her customer service was very poor right from the beginning of the call. She did not explain anything to me as a new patient and I had to ask several clarifying questions that would've already gotten answered had she been more thorough (such as telling me what doctor I would be seeing, which location I would be going to, what t... read more
Very poor office management and very unprofessional doctors Here. They do not properly maintain notes and will actively commit felonies altering visit notes.
“doesn’t do car accidents” i would put zero stars if i could.
Billing was improper and I got double billed
Just visited with my wife. She was given quick service. Seen a very knowledgeable Dr and was prescribed meds which we picked up at the connected pharmacy. Was very pleased with all services.
