Took my truck in to get some after treatment issues resolved. I have an aftermarket warranty, and ask them to send an ECM print out to them as well as an estimate once they found the problem. It turned out to be a nox sensor, of which I had a spare. 1500 between diagnosis and labor. They fix it, and did not send a single thing to the claims department for my warranty. This place is absolute trash for owner operators. You're better off finding a smaller shop or taking it to peterbilt.

Two stars. 5 stars for pats department, negative stars for night shift shop. Not friendly, when finished with truck guy came in drivers lounge and yelled company name, said you're finished, and disappeared. I go to counter and two guys look at me, I ask about truck and they act like they've never interacted with a customer before. So I just got outside and go look for my truck and leave. No thank you, nothing
