The A/C on my APU is broken. When I requested service, I was told, "It will be weeks before we can look at an apu and by then we will have forgotten who you are. We give 1st priority to loaded trailers and they come in every single day so looking at an apu will take weeks!"
David in parts is always willing to help and make sure you have all the parts you need for the job, big or small.
