I suggest you guys to run away from this place as far as possible. They will try to fix and make you double charge if you accept their suggestion, His PM is more than 500$ and if you call mobile service they will charge you same work from 325 to 400$. So run away from this people.
Terrible. I had a frozen load on. My reefer shut down at 11 pm in Monteagle TN. Alarm code said "check evaporator air flow". I cleared alarm and restarted unit. It ran for 4 minutes then shut down again. I called Chattanooga carrier dealer for emergency service but the tech said it would be probably 4 hours before he could work on it, recommended I go to Atlanta. I jumped on the interstate and headed to MHC in Atlanta. I arrived at the shop at 2am. The tech had me drop trailer in a bay. He came out and told me that my fan cl... read more
