He was my doctor for around 20 years , used to be very good. Ever since the blond receptionist at the front desk started working there it went down bad. I made an appointment had to leave work early because I was working in P.A , got to the appointment 20 min. early, she said there was a problem with my insurance, I called them in front of her had it corrected in a few min. I've used this doctor for several years and until now it has been convenient to get my prescriptions. I have just been told this doctor will now be doing random drug tests... not for compliance with the drug but just random ones. I have no desire to waste my time going to the doctor to pee in a cup for some random money grab. I will be looking into new doctors and new patients should be aware of this policy.
The doctor is genuinely concern about the patients health. He takes time to listen about your medical issues. The office is always clean and I've rarely had to wait very long to see the doctor. Lisa at the front desk is exceptionally helpful and very proficient at her job!
