As a recruiter for a fairly large healthcare group I can easily say Merritt Hawkins, MHA Group, AMN Healthcare (or whatever their new name is now), is the worst healthcare recruitment firm out there. I've used many firms, contingent and retained, and all vary in the levels of service, but MHA is terrible. They do not care about your real needs, only theirs, and they push candidates upon you even after you tell them you are not interested.
