Worst and least professional communication I have ever experienced. I originally reached out to Rich at the beginning of May to get a quote for several projects on a manufactured home. I have since reached out 6 more times and every time I have been given a different excuse for why he has not gotten back to me, or provided a quote. I contacted Rich at MH Service and Supply in late May 2023 to see if he could help us with Tie Downs on the manufactured home my lady friend was selling. I explained it was urgent as we were supposed to close that week but underwriters addressed this issue at the last moment. Rich went out of his way to put our job ahead of others and completed the job in record time. My home seller found it more cost sffective to bring a different contractor from half a state away. They had no integrity for the work they did for me.
Called, made appointment and sent half of payment. No Show! No response to phone or e-mail. Finally connected late afternoon. "It wasn't added to schedule". Made another appointment. Sent confirmation that was supposed to assure it was on the calendar. NO SHOW! No response to phone or e-mail. Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Very helpful the staff showed me all their materials walk me through things step by step even pull things up on the computer for me to look at if anybody needs any skirting or siding or anything to do with mobile homework these guys are a number one
