Horrible location, they never return calls the office manager has been missing for months! I have been trying to plan financially and the front desk always has an excuse and seems to not even know what is going on in that place. I will not choose this place for braces for my son and their hours suck for the working family. The front desk staff, especially one particular receptionist, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I had a very disappointing experience at MH orthodontist’s office. The treatment itself was fine, but the customer service was absolutely unacceptable. The front desk staff, especially one particular receptionist, was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
