I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. The male technician (the one with the combed-forward hairstyle) was rude and unprofessional. He accidentally cut my toe, causing it to bleed, and when I expressed frustration, he began raising his voice and even threatened to call the police on me. I found this behavior completely unacceptable. Fortunately, a young woman working there stepped in and kindly finished my polish, and I appreciate her professionalism. Andy is The one! A wonderful conversationalist and great at his craft. I absolutely love my Ombre nails and gel pedicure, a great job and a wonderful person.

I scheduled an appointment for 2 people. When I called back to see if I could change the time a few hours earlier, I was told that's fine. When we arrived for our appointment, we were told only 1 appointment was moved up. Why wouldn't they say that on the phone before hand?
