I feel embarrassed to even be taking the time to write a review but MHimperial has led me to write my first review ever. Greg will send you a pdf in an email that contains a budget calculator. The budget calculator works backwards to find out how many square ft you can afford. It shows prices for hooks ups, land clearing, concrete slab work, etc. It aims to get you a rough estimate. their website says they build within a 100 mile radius of their location, but when I called they told me I was too far away. My property is 50.4 miles from them, but was told "we don't go more than an hour away". Misleading website. 1 hour, 3 min is too far?
