A little slow to follow up and A bit limited on items in the showroom.
I walked in without an appointment, Ken greeted me and spent 20 minutes telling me all I needed to know about shower fixtures. Very knowledgeable about products and vendors, patient, clearly communicates. He emailed me in stock options and I placed an order. Erik kindly followed up with tracking and I had my fixtures within a week. Very responsive. I wish I had gone here first, an excellent experience!!
