Great service! Great people!
Avoid this company entirely. Had a service call on a Lull, with a steering problem. Ended up being an issue with a valve that got moved, behind the operator seat. Tech was on site for 2 hours, and I received a bill for $1000.00. I tried to negotiate with the office, but they wouldn’t budge.
Avoid this company at all costs. They came out to our company to fix a forklift. Two thousand dollars later forklift still didn't work. Had to call Connell who came out and fixed it in about three hours. Technician had no idea what he was doing and was on the phone most of the time. Replace a part, that didn't work, replace another part, that didn't work, etc. Never use these guys.
Arrived at 1455, place stops receiving at 1500 and everyone leaves at 1600. Very rude old lady had terrible snarky attitude upon arrival, only had 6 pallets in the trailer which was probably unloaded in about 30 mins (speaking from experience). Nobody came to the driver to tell him he was empty or give him his paperwork back. After 2 hours waiting drivers sees they closed the dock door, lights inside were off and nobody was at the facility.
