Don't use this company. Did some work on a forklift at my shop and had to call them back 3 times for the same problem and charged us for something they didn't fix three times. I will never use them again. Horrible service even worse customer service!

Avoid this company entirely. Had a service call on a Lull, with a steering problem. Ended up being an issue with a valve that got moved, behind the operator seat. Tech was on site for 2 hours, and I received a bill for $1000.00. I tried to negotiate with the office, but they wouldn’t budge.
Avoid this company at all costs. They came out to our company to fix a forklift. Two thousand dollars later forklift still didn't work. Had to call Connell who came out and fixed it in about three hours. Technician had no idea what he was doing and was on the phone most of the time. Replace a part, that didn't work, replace another part, that didn't work, etc. Never use these guys.
