Two stars only because service side treated us well during forklift repair. Parts on the other hand is a nightmare... They never answer the phone for parts, parts guys are rude to the gal that runs parts for us. Ordered parts for our forklift 3 times in a 3 weeks span because order never got placed each time. 3rd time is NOT a charm. Still never got the parts. Moving on from giving them my business.
The gentleman that helped me was extremely friendly and got me unloaded very quick! I appreciate you all!
