This was the worst company I have ever done business with. The guy came looked at my machine told me " he didnt know anything about this type of machine, he would have to go to his truck and look it up." So he spent more time looking for a model number than he did anything. After he went to his truck he called me back said it looks like it just needed the filters and squeegee replace nothing major. I said okay great! Then got a bill for $190 in labor, $75 service charge, $145 for parts, plus a $22 charge bc the guy had to us... read more
