This was the worst company I have ever done business with. The guy came looked at my machine told me " he didnt know anything about this type of machine, he would have to go to his truck and look it up." So he spent more time looking for a model number than he did anything. After he went to his truck he called me back said it looks like it just needed the filters and squeegee replace nothing major.
