Extremely disappointing experience. I work for a large global company, and we called this company in Lexington to repair one of our balers. The repair process dragged on for months while we waited for a cylinder replacement, and even after the work was completed, the baler still wasn't operating properly. Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. To make matters worse, we later received a bill for approximately $10,000. This was the worst company I have ever done business with. The guy came looked at my machine told me " he didnt know anything about this type of machine, he would have to go to his truck and look it up." So he spent more time looking for a model number than he did anything. After he went to his truck he called me back said it looks like it just needed the filters and squeegee replace nothing major. I said okay great! Then got a bill for $190 in labor, $75 service charge, $145 for parts, plus a $22 charge bc the guy had to us... read more
