We bought s Gem Car for my 83 year old mother that had a stroke almost two years ago and the Heater still does not work. They have sent bills for work not completed etc etc etc. Its really sad that my now 85 year old mother still has no heat in a vehicle she pd 20k for and even worse they act as they could care less. Never ever have I left a bad review for a Buisness, but honestly they take a horrible experience to a whole new level. Next step is Attorney which is not how we wanted it to end. Worst customer service i ever seen.
One of this company’s drivers decided it was a good idea to pass me on a city street. It’s not the highway this is highly illegal.
