If you are a small business stay away...MGT Construction does NOT pay their subs and it takes you getting a lawyer to eventually get paid six months to a year later. MGT knows exactly what they are doing and they bank on you not having enough money to get an attorney. I have never in my 40 years of construction dealt with such a GC. They do not care about their subs. BEWARE NOTE: Only reason they get 1 star is it would not allow me to post if I didn't.
Do not work for MGT as a subcontractor. They do not pay bills. They are owned by Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer. Avoid business with them as well.
I'm a small electrical contractor and bid a job with them to wire a gym. I got the job and while on site heard nothing but bad things from the other subs, specifically the non paying thing. I figured, surely they're over exaggerating. Nope. I completed 2 jobs for them simultaneously. Both started in May, and finished in June. I have yet to receive a dime from them.
