Awesome customer service, quality trailers, will be buying a second trailer, update- after owning my trailer for just under a year I developed a brake issue. I called to get a wiring diagram to check everything and he sent it to me, they were not under any obligation to do this, but they came picked up the trailer fixed it and brought it back to me at no charge, that is top-notch Customer Service, this kid really cares
