I was a previous patient of Adam Horwitz when he was in Brisbane a few years ago. Looked him up to try to book new appointments just now, and was disappointed to see he is now in Sydney. Back in Brisbane, Adams treatment steadily worked me through an industrial injury that took away my ability to walk, with hiking being a huge part of how I spend my time in life. Friendly and welcoming staff with an excellent knowledge base. I have always felt comfortable and confident that they will help me recover from my problems when they arise. Highly recommend the personalised pilates classes that are run throughout the week, and limited to a max of 4 ppl
