As other users have commented it is a pity there isn't a zero stars option. I should have left this practice years ago. Impossible to book an appointment (if you work it's even worse). After been messed around over appointments and basically being called a liar by the receptionist, I told them to forget making an appointment I'm going elsewhere. My advice don't even consider these people.

So bad I wish there was a zero star option… seeing a doctor is a true miracle nowadays. There is a new link system to have your appointments booked and requests are missed (twice in 2 months so far). When you call to follow up, the ladies on the phone act as if they don’t know what you are on about and waste your time having to reexplain everything.
