I highly recommend MGS! They promise a lot and delivered more. I have a complicated roof layout that needed a complete replacement including the plywood underlayment. With the extra roof vents, ice shield arcitectural shingles etc, the price was less than I expected to pay. The warranty is amazing. Special thanks to Mike for a stress free process. Also thanks to the crew for doing a spectacular job. And much thanks to Franco and George for your expert advice and service! I love my new roof!
Recently just had MGS put on a new roofing system on my house and shed. Went with Charcoal GAF Timberline UHDZ and new gutters and gutter guards on the roof. Al Guevara came out to take a look at the scope of work to be done, and fairly quickly within the day sent me a quote. We had such a great experience with MGS Construction from start to finish. Mike was absolutely wonderful to work with and went out of his way to make sure we felt confident in the work being done. He genuinely cares about making sure people feel taken care of, and his thoughtful, honest guidance made the entire process so much easier. We used MGS for our roof replacement. Al Guevara came out to give us a quote; he was very knowledgeable and professional. He emailed the written quote later that day and was very responsive when we had questions. The crew showed up on time and worked very efficiently.
